The administration of the Technical College of TTU named after M. Osimi is active in the field of cooperation with foreign partners. Cooperation with foreign organizations and institutions is aimed at strengthening the professional development of teachers, strengthening the material and technical condition of the educational institution, mobilizing students abroad, attracting foreign specialists to the educational process, obtaining grants from foreign sources.
On October 19, 2018, the administration of the Technical College signed an agreement with the Ryazan Polytechnic College of the Russian Federation in the field of professional development and training for the Republic of Tajikistan. The agreement consists of 4 clauses and 26 sub-clauses. The content of the contract is the training of highly qualified personnel for the national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with state educational standards, professional development of teachers and exchange of experience. According to the agreement, education will be conducted in two stages, the first stage will be implemented in the Technical College of the Tajik Technical University named after M. Osimi, and the second stage will be implemented in the Polytechnic College of Ryazan. Implementation of the provisions of this agreement is being actively implemented.
The cooperation agreement with Bratsk State University of the Russian Federation was signed on April 8, 2016 and consists of 10 clauses and 6 sub-clauses. According to the agreement, the main areas of cooperation are: in the field of educational and methodological, scientific work, continuing education of students, professional development of teachers. Implementation of the contract is not carried out at the required level.
The cooperation agreement with the University of Desh Bagat of the Republic of India with the Technical College was signed on February 16, 2016. The agreement consists of 9 clauses, the content of which is to improve the qualifications of teachers, attract citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan to study at the above university, improve the material and technical condition of the technological park of the college.
The administration of the college has signed cooperation agreements with a number of private sector organizations of the Republic of India, including “Bridging Asia” M / S SADR Global to establish and develop the activities of the College Technology Park. With the permission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the responsible staff of the college traveled to the Republic of India in 2018 and 2019 to implement the provisions of the agreement.
The administration of the college has developed a program of development perspectives. Under this program, 2 projects have been submitted to attract foreign grants to relevant agencies. However, there are still no foreign-funded grant projects in the college. It is worth noting that

Administration of the college in October 2019 with the permission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan from 05.11.2019 №01 / 1-896 invited officials of Ryazan Polytechnic College of the Russian Federation to exchange experiences and improve cooperation .
